In any construction site before start of any work activity concerned supervisor or team leader gives a talk know as "Tool Box Talk" to all concerned team members & workers who are responsible to perform that activity.
The took box talk focuses on various aspects of how any work activity can performed in a SAFE manner & what steps are required to be followed in order to ensure that all safety precautions are in place & activity is executed according to the guidelines set by site HSE ( Health , Safety & Environment ) procedures and company rules & regulations.
Tool Box Talk also give a chance to workers to communicate directly to their team leaders or supervisors for matters relating to Job safety & what steps & procedures they can follow in order to perform job in a safe manner.
Tool Box Talk plays an important role in ensuring that all activities at site are carried out in a safe manner.
