The Project Management Team in any Construction site is responsible for Planning ,Executing & Monitoring the project as per the project schedule and to ensure it is completed as per the agreed schedule.
Project Management Team mostly consist of Project Manager , Project Control Manager , Project Engineers etc.
One important function of Project Management team is to attend job progress meetings with all subcontracts in order to monitor progress of each discipline in the project , Project Management team also has the responsibility to attend meetings with Client in order to give information about actual progress attained against project schedule & milestone.
