Importance of Team Working skills in the field of Construction

Construction activities e.g. construction of road & paving works , construction of foundation , pipe line installation works etc.  involve a large number of staff members & workers e.g. engineers , supervisors , foreman , workers etc. working for their respective departments in the field. Team work plays an important role in ensuring that all activities at site are executed in a safe & efficient manner. Let us review some of the important aspects of team work.

Firstly , It is the responsibility of each individual working in a team to respect & look after their fellow team members in ensuring that he is respecting & following all the necessary safety precautions & guidelines for performing the tasks.
