Pipe fitter in any construction site are responsible for the fabrication , fit up & installation of Piping spools.

Pipe fitters should should have sound understanding of Pipe fittings e.g. Elbow , Tee , Reducer etc.

Also , Pipe fitters should know what are the different types of Pipe Flanges used in Piping work , how to read & interpret piping isometric drawings & P&ID & what are the different pipe sizes , pipe schedules , & pipe pressure ratings etc.
